Cancellation Policy – If cancelled in writing prior to 10th April 2018 all payments made will be returned less an admin fee of £50.
If cancelled in writing between 11th April and 11th May 2018 the full fee will be retained but wherever possible we will allocate part of the entry fee to a future event.
After 11th May 2018 no refunds or transfer will be possible. We will assist to market your entry to another crew. If the event has a wait list then the entry will be sold to the next person on the Wait list
Entries are only accepted on receipt of a completed online application form and the deposit of £1000 being received.
2. The entry is only confirmed once the balance is received on or before the due date of 11th April 2018
Entries received that do not meet the criteria of 1 and 2 above will be automatically moved to the event Wait-list and an entry on the Wait-list will be moved up to the entry.
